  • The Coordination Package (Month before event)

    With the Day of coordination package, your planner will coordinate with all vendors and ensure all decorations and accessories are properly placed to match your vision as well as keep parties on schedule with the various events throughout the day. This allows you to have freedom from the stress of ensuring that everything is going to run smoothly with your event. All you have to do is show up look beautiful and enjoy your day!

    (Prices do not include Labor for set up or take down if necessary)

    1 - 100 Guests $750.00

    101 - 200 Guests $1000.00

    201 - up Guests $1,500.00

    Additional service:

    Set up and take down of all decorations and accessories: $50/Hour for each hired Labor. You may choose your own people to help instead.

  • The Planning Package

    The Planning Package will offer the handling and coordination of the larger elements of planning your event from start to finish. Your planner will set up an initial meeting to establish your budget and will create a plan as well as suggest vendors/venues to ensure all of your desires are fulfilled all while remaining in your budget.

    In addition, I will attend, oversee, and direct the event(s), communicate with your vendors, ensure everything is on time, and make sure you have a memorable and enjoyable experience. If necessary, your planner can hire labor for set up and take down on the day of event (See price guideline below)

    Additionally, you will have access to rent all my decorations and props at a discounted price (25% off). This will give you the opportunity to save money on your décor and not have to worry about overspending and have to resale items once your event is over.

    This package is ideal for the Pinterest-inspired couple who want guidance in implementing a cohesive design with ideal ambience for their big day.

    1 - 50 Guests = $1,200.00

    51 -100 Guests = $1,350.00

    101 -150 Guests = $1,500.00

    151 - 200 Guests = $2,000.00

    200 - 250 Guests = $2,750.00

  • The Economical Package

    This package gives you the best value. It is designed to save you money! The Planner will begin with a consultation to discuss your vision of the event. From there, your planner will create a detailed design board that includes color schemes, layouts and renderings of the event spaces. We will hand pick and manage your design on every front from florals to linens based on your vision. You will not have to create any handmade decorations (if desired) and will have full use of all of our décor and props for free.

    On your wedding day your planner will be there from beginning to end. We will check in with your vendors, oversee set up and take down of all decorations and accessories (Price does not include Labor), as well as make sure your entire day runs perfectly.

    This package is designed to ensure that you are able to relax and enjoy your family and friends on the day of your event. From lining everyone up to walking down the aisle to queuing for the bouquet toss at the end of the night, we will be there to ensure every moment is magical.
